I am Priyanka Gupta, PhD scholar at Dexter Laboratory, School of Civil and Environmental Engineering, IIT Mandi(2021- Till date). I am a nature lover and being fascinated by both machine learning and environment, I have wide ranging interest from the intricacies of Machine Learning to its application to study the impact of Forest fires on climate, Land use Land cover and Agriculture, Image Processing, Geospatial data Science and Analytics. Besides, I also love to teach and in turn learn.
My proficiency extends to working with programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, and R. I am well-versed in utilizing platforms like Google Earth Engine, Jupyter Notebooks, Spyder, ArcGIS, ArcGIS Pro, MATLAB, and R. My enthusiasm lies in further deepening my knowledge about the potential of Remote Sensing and GIS and to provide practical solutions that contribute to the preservation of our environment.
